2025 was a difficult year and the accounts say so plainly. The society grew quickly, with savings up by more than half and lending up by three quarters, but it spent more than it earned and closed the year with a deficit of UGX 56,994,878. The members resolved that no dividend be paid and that everything be retained to rebuild capital.

These statements were approved by the Committee, signed by the Chairperson, the Treasurer and the Secretary, and adopted by the members at the Annual General Meeting of 7 May 2026.
